Oldsmobile Cutlass S

This 1972 Custom OLDS CUTLASS S was the 5th episode. They started with a solid car ready to build. The car has an amazing House of Colors Pearl Orange ( with John's own splash of GOLD) with Black metallic two-tone paint job with custom hand painted pin striping. It separates both colors & was all done by hand. The car has a very nice alcantara and leather custom interior. The headliner is all done along with the custom leather dash. We finished out the interior with the latest Auto Meter gauges and they all work!!! ALL the chrome bumpers & handles are new Thanks to O.P.G. in CA. We finished out ALL the door, window & trunk with NEW rubber molding.

The car has a NEW 350 motor rated at 375 H.P.. This engine is a complete Edlebrock engine.It has all the good parts including Edlebrock aluminum heads, coated headers, MSD ignition, cam, aluminum waterpump, aluminum intake and Edlebrock 4 BBL carb w/ electric choke. Large aluminum raditor with dual electric fans. The car has a NEW "Moster Transmissions" Turbo 350 tranny with a 2500 stall. The car has a set of NEW front Baer 6 piston brakes & rotors. ( WE ARE INSTALLING NEW REAR DISK BRAKES WHICH ARE INCLUDED IN THIS SALE) Also the car has all NEW upgraded front & rear shocks.

The car has a custom set of American Racing 20" wheels with NEW Hankook tires.

EVERYTHING on the car is NEW and broke in. We have tuned the carb, set the timing & changed out all the break in fluids. The drivetrain has only 150 miles! We put the car up on the lift,checked all the connections, wiring and all bolt up items to make sure they were correct. All the lights & signals work. We installed a NEW full Mangaflow exhaust system on the car.

The pictures you see do NOT have the final color sand & polish done. The part that has been done in these pictures are the deck lid. We will finish up the paint with a 2500-3000 Grit hand color sand & polish to REALLY finish off the one of a kind paint job.

There is only 1 item needed to finish out the car. The NEW buyer will get their choice of speakers for the Stero system. It is all wired up they just need to be installed in the trunk or rear deck space.

I have spoke at length with John about this car. He is VERY proud of the work he and his team accomplished on this RARE car. He will gladly work with the new owner to properly document & maintain the history of this car.
